We have long-term experience in the area of property management. Combined with the wide range of services we offer we can perform comprehensive professional service and maintenance of a property – from taking over the property to ensuring all statutory inspections to taking regular meter readings and checking invoices from suppliers of energies, water etc.
We ensure contact with tenants on behalf of the property owner, and handle correspondence and all administrative and technical documentation. We provide technical characteristics/data lists and maintain records of all entrusted assets from A to Z – all data are processed with due care and updated on a regular basis (i.e. data lists, registration lists, lists of tenants and subtenants). We take care of all utilities deposit prescriptions and settlement. Tenant payments are checked on a regular basis; outstanding payments are claimed on time and in a proper manner. We prepare supporting documentation for legal actions. Meter readings – we take and record meter readings with professional care.
