The OAZA V CENTRU (OASIS IN THE CENTRE) project was launched several years ago when preliminary studies and design works started. The project, as it looks today, has been designed by architect Ing. Radim Kousal, the winner of Jože Plečnik prestigious award for the lifetime achievement in architecture and construction, and his team at Siadesign.

The OAZA V CENTRU (OASIS IN THE CENTRE) project was launched several years ago when preliminary studies and design works started. The project, as it looks today, has been designed by architect Ing. Radim Kousal, the winner of Jože Plečnik prestigious award for the lifetime achievement in architecture and construction, and his team at Siadesign.

Several buildings housing both apartments and non-residential premises as well as undercover parking will be built in three phases in the very heart of the beautiful city of Liberec on the former premises of Montážní závody Liberec plant. Phase 2 is dedicated to the OAZA V CENTRU project offering housing exclusively in the form of a housing cooperative. This is what makes it different from the other phases.

Future members of the co-op will be able to choose from the total of 112 apartments, two commercial premises and 145 undercover parking spaces built in Phase 2. The price of a co-op membership share includes a cellar booth and an undercover parking space at the choice of the future co-op member. Additional parking spaces can be purchased until the capacity is exhausted. We do therefore advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible. The sale started in February 2019. Construction works were expected to start in May 2019 and to be completed in autumn 2020.
