The company Atkins & Langford Development s.r.o., was founded in 1992 by parent company Federal S.A. based in Paris. Within years of experience both of these companies for their existence realized more than 50 projects focused mainly on residential construction, planning and reconstruction of historical buildings.
Federal Company during his tenure has built more than 40 residential projects. In terms of volume is approximately 2000 dwellings, built mainly in the Ile de France and Paris. After the founding of the 90-ies the company Atkins & Langford Development s.r.o dealt mainly with reconstruction and modernization of national cultural monuments and cultural sites and monuments under the protection of UNESCO.
The OAZA V CENTRU (OASIS IN THE CENTRE) project was launched several years ago when preliminary studies and design works started. The project, as it looks today, has been designed by architect Ing. Radim Kousal, the winner of Jože Plečnik prestigious award for the lifetime achievement in architecture and construction, and his team at Siadesign.www.oazavcentru.cz

The building is situated in Prague 6, a prestigious location in the capital city of the Czech Republic. Houses are built around a renovated Art Nouveau villa, a listed building designed by architect Jan Kotěra.

Nigel S. Atkins is co-founder of real estate company Atkins & Langford Development and at the same time teaches Urban planning at the Department of geography and urbanism at the University Sorbona IV.in Paris. Atkins & Langford Development s r.o. was founded in 1992 and since then together with parent company Federal S.A. realized more than 50 projects focused on residential, urban planning and reconstruction projects. Majority of the projects is located in the area of Ile de France and in Paris, in the Czech republic the company realized projects such as "Mala Sarka", which was an International school for American embassy project, or "Villa Bianca" – luxurious residential project in Prague 6.
Anna joined the team of Atkins & Langford Development in 2003, starting at the position of a project manager, and since then becoming a partner of the company. Since 2012, she has expanded the team and worked towards promoting and implementing projects involving social welfare issues. In 2011, she joined forces with a team at the Ministry of Regional Development to work as their advisor in the development of the Czech Republic Housing Policy for 2012-2020. Since 2011, Anna has engaged in the activities of reSITE civic association, working as the key advisor of the platform promoting the cooperation and dialogue between experts and the public on effective urban planning. She studied both in France and the Czech Republic. In 2008, she earned her MBA degree from Institut Franco-Tchèque de Gestion. She speaks French, English and Spanish. In 2015, she became chairman of the Audit Committee of the Developers Association.
He has worked in the real estate development industry since 2004. In his early years he focused on the analysis and preparation of business plans for future projects, gradually taking up the additional responsibility for project management during project implementation.
She has worked in the development and facility management since 2003. Her main focus is the marketing strategy of both future and existing projects, project management and administration. She has engaged in projects involving social welfare issues since 2012.
He has worked in the construction industry since 2001, focusing on the management of land constructions, especially residential housing. He later took up the additional responsibility as a project manager for both land and transport construction projects from the project design phase until the final implementation.
She has joined Atkins a Langford Development in 1997 as the assistant to company executives. Apart from that, she now provides support to the whole team as the office manager.
She first started working with Atkins a Langford Development in 2008, helping with projects when she was still an architecture student, and became a fully-fledged member of the team when she completed her studies. Her main focus is the initial project design, starting from surveys and analyses to designing architecture and urban solutions as well as new functionalities and uses.
